1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using oden.social, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

oden.social is an automated advertising platform for local businesses that lets you:

Create ads with artificial intelligence from your photos and promotions
Publish campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok from one place
Set a budget cap and let it optimise daily
Receive interested people straight on your WhatsApp
See spend, customer and cost-per-customer reports
Run several locations or brands from one account on the Pro plan

oden.social is a technology intermediary. Ads are published on third-party platforms under their own advertising policies, and the ad budget is paid directly to those platforms; we provide the integration, the automation and the interface.

3. Registration and account

To use oden.social you must create an account with truthful and complete information. You are responsible for:

Keeping your access credentials confidential
All activity that takes place under your account and your team's
Telling us immediately about any unauthorised use
Keeping your contact and billing information up to date

4. Connected advertising accounts

By connecting your Meta, Google or TikTok accounts you authorise us to create, publish, pause and adjust campaigns on your behalf, within the budget cap you set. You declare that those accounts are yours or that you are authorised to operate them, and you agree to comply with each platform's advertising policies. Each platform may reject or withdraw an ad under its own rules; that is outside our control.

5. Content and ads

You approve every ad before it is published and you are responsible for it being truthful. You declare that you hold the rights to the photos, videos, trademarks and text you upload. It is prohibited to advertise:

Illegal products or services
Misleading offers or prices you do not intend to honour
Content that infringes third-party rights or the channels' policies

6. Payments and subscription

We charge at the start of each period. The following applies to the plans:

The trial lasts thirty days and does not ask for a card
Prices are in Mexican pesos and may change with prior notice
The Pro plan is charged per location
The ad budget is paid straight to each platform and is not part of the subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You can cancel whenever you like; there are no refunds for partial periods

7. Intellectual property

oden.social and all its content, features and functionality are the property of Automatic73 and are protected by intellectual property law. Using the software does not give you ownership rights over it. Your photos, your approved ads and your campaign data remain yours.

8. Service availability

We work to keep oden.social continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing and delivering ads depends on external platforms; if one of them has an outage outside our control, we will tell you and your campaigns will resume as soon as it is restored.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oden.social will not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental or consequential losses
Specific advertising results: advertising does not guarantee sales
Platform decisions about your accounts or ads
Loss of data due to force majeure

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to oden.social at any time if you breach these terms, fail to meet your payment obligations or use the platform to advertise prohibited content. On termination you have ninety days to export your campaigns, results and contacts, and the authorisations over your advertising accounts are revoked.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the site. Continuing to use oden.social after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
