1. Introduction
oden.social ("we", "our" or "the platform") is a system that creates, publishes and optimises advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok for local businesses. This notice describes how we collect, use, store and protect our users' information.
2. Information we collect
Business information
- Trading name, trade and contact details
- Address, service area and opening hours
- Tax details needed to invoice your subscription
- Photos, videos, promotions and prices you upload for your ads
Connected advertising accounts
- Authorised access credentials (tokens) for Meta, Google and TikTok
- Campaigns, ads, budgets and results from those accounts
- Reach, click and conversation metrics generated by your ads
Information about interested people
- The WhatsApp number and name of whoever responds to an ad, when the channel passes it to us
- The ad and the channel each contact came through
3. How we use the information
We use the information we collect to:
- Write, design and publish your ads on the channels you authorised
- Distribute and optimise your budget without exceeding the cap you set
- Produce your spend, customer and cost-per-customer reports
- Charge your subscription and issue your invoice
- Send you important notices about the service
4. Storage and security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit (SSL/TLS)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data and the credentials of connected accounts
- Access restricted according to each team member's role
- Regular backups and audit logs of the operations that affect budget
5. Sharing data
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- With the advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) in order to publish your campaigns
- With the payment processor that charges your subscription
- To comply with legal or tax obligations
- With your explicit consent
6. Your customers' data
The information of the people who respond to your ads is yours. You are the controller of that data and oden.social acts only as a processor: we use it to provide you the service and for nothing else. We do not use it for our own advertising and we do not share it with other businesses on the platform.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you have ninety days to export your campaigns, results and contacts; after that we delete the data, except what tax law obliges us to keep for longer. The authorisations over your advertising accounts are revoked on cancellation.
8. Your rights
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to:
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Cancellation: ask us to delete your data
- Objection: object to the processing of your data

9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. We will tell you about significant changes through the platform or by email, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.
